Mafia Wars Game

Today we are happy to announce a new blockchain based game named Mafia Wars. Mafia Wars is a decentralized blockchain based mafia themed idle game of accumulation which utilizes the Counterparty platform and the security of the Bitcoin blockchain.

The object of the Mafia Wars game is to become the wealthiest player through earning, collecting, and holding MAFIACASH. The player who collects the most MAFIACASH at the end of the game on July 1st 2023 wins.

By owning any amount of one of the 5 family tokens (BONANNO, COLOMBO, GAMBINO, GENOVESE, LUCCHESE) users establish their Bitcoin addresses as players in the mafia themed game at mafiawars.io.

Players belong to one of 5 crime families which compete against each other for a larger portion of the monthly MAFIACASH reward token distribution. The MAFIACASH reward token is distributed each month to players proportional to their share of total Mafia Wars family tokens and their families in-game performance.

The Mafia Wars game uses its own custom game cards, as well as cards from other Counterparty projects including Rare Pepe, Bitcorns, Spells of Genesis, and many others.

Airdrops

Beginning this week we will be airdropping 10.00000000 (10%) of each of the 5 family game tokens to various members of the Counterparty community to establish the 5 families. After the 5 families are established, we will also be airdropping 10,000,000.00000000 (1%) of the MAFIACASH supply to member of the 5 families. These purpose of these airdrops is to establish the 5 families and initial MAFIACASH distribution in a fair way before the start of the game. 

Token Sale

On June 1st, 2018 orders will be placed on the Counterparty DEX to sell 90.00000000 (90%) of each of the Mafia Wars family tokens (BONANNO, COLOMBO, GAMBINO, GENOVESE, LUCCHESE) at the pricing structure laid out in the Token Sale document. The orders will be placed from address 1MafiamRRxzhUH5errEEJK2G4Q1ZjXoEgE and will expire after 8064 blocks or around 2 months.
